Scope
These terms govern managed website, maintenance, domain, email and custom project services provided by [COMPANY NAME] to clients. Each contract or quote may specify the scope, limits and particular conditions.
Plans and prices
- Basic: €20/month with a 24-month commitment, or €40/month without commitment.
- Superior: €30/month with a 24-month commitment, or €50/month without commitment.
- One-time: €450, including 6 months of initial maintenance.
- Custom: specific quote.
Prices exclude VAT and other taxes. Prices may be updated with notice, respecting the current commitment.
Commitment
€20 and €30/month prices require a 24-month commitment. If the client cancels early, the remaining monthly fees may be invoiced until the period is completed, unless cancellation is due to Sombisel or expressly agreed otherwise.
Plans without commitment have no such commitment but use the price shown on the website.
Domain, email and panel
The Superior plan includes a domain, configured professional email and email/hosting panel while the service is active and the client complies with the conditions.
The domain is renewed while the service is active. The client may request migration or transfer of the domain, email and data. Third-party registration, renewal or transfer costs may be borne by the client.
The Basic plan does not include domain, email or panel.
Changes
- Basic: 1 text change per week.
- Superior: unlimited changes with fair use.
Changes include text, images and adjustments to existing sections. They do not include new pages, ecommerce, integrations, full redesigns, new features or urgent work outside business hours.
Support
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm. Response times are indicative and may vary depending on workload.
Payment
Monthly services are invoiced monthly. One-time payment is invoiced according to the quote. Overdue amounts may suspend the service. Recovery costs may be borne by the client.
Ownership and migration
Once the service is paid, the client may migrate the website, content, domain and email. Sombisel will provide access and code in reasonable formats. Third-party licences, fonts, trademarks and external tools are governed by their own terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged. Sombisel will not publish confidential details without permission.
AI and human review
Sombisel may use AI tools to speed up production, research and review. Decisions, final review and responsibility are human. The client must not use the website for illegal or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Warranties and liability
Sombisel works with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific commercial results or absolute security. Liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount of the service over the last 12 months.
Cancellation
The client may cancel the service with written notice. If there is a commitment, the commitment clause applies. If Sombisel cancels for reasons not attributable to the client, amounts not yet performed will be refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless applicable law provides otherwise.
