3claus

Corporate website for a real estate business that needed trust, clarity and a solid technical foundation.

Context

3claus is a real estate business that needed a digital presence consistent with the trust it wants to convey. The website had to explain services, organise the narrative and make contact easy, without becoming an endless catalogue.

The challenge

In a sector where distrust is common, a generic website is not enough. We needed:

  • A clear message about what 3claus does and who it is for.
  • A structure that answered objections before contact.
  • A technical foundation that loaded fast and worked well on mobile.
  • A security and privacy review proportionate to the data processed.

Approach

We worked on three layers:

  1. Message and structure: what the visitor should read, in what order and with what proof.
  2. Experience: clear navigation, visual hierarchy and calls to action without noise.
  3. Technical foundation: performance, accessibility, forms and consent.

Security review

The review focused on obvious, actionable risks:

  • HTTP headers and server configuration.
  • Forms, validation and anti-spam protection.
  • Cookies and consent.
  • Dependencies and versions.
  • Access and backups.

We do not publish specific findings to protect client confidentiality.

Results

We do not publish metrics without context or permission. This case describes the process and decisions, not a promise of results.

Transparency

This case is a sample of the process. If you want to see how we would apply a similar approach to your project, let’s talk.
